2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar
Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan
Chill crust in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes
Beat cream cheese until smooth
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture
Spread filling evenly over the crust
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set
Top with fruit, chocolate, or other toppings if desired
Slice and serve chilled
