How To Make Shared Google Calendar?

Open Google Calendar

Sign in to your Google account

In the left panel, find “My calendars”

Click the plus sign next to “My calendars”

Select “Create new calendar”

Enter a calendar name

Add an optional description

Set the time zone

Click “Create calendar”

Open the calendar settings

Under “Share with specific people or groups,” click “Add people and groups”

Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share with

Choose their permission level

Click “Send”

To make the calendar public, open the calendar settings

Under “Access permissions,” enable public sharing if needed

Choose the visibility and permission options

Save the changes
