Open TikTok and go to your profile or the video with the comment you want to pin
Open the comments section on the video
Find the comment you want to pin
Press and hold the comment
Tap Pin comment
The comment will move to the top of the comment section
To unpin it, press and hold the pinned comment again
Tap Unpin comment
