Open TikTok and log in to your account
Tap the plus icon to create a new video
Record or upload your video
Edit your video, add captions, sounds, and effects
Tap Next to reach the posting screen
Turn on the Schedule option if available
Choose the date and time you want the post to go live
Confirm the schedule and save the post
Use TikTok on desktop if the schedule option is not available in the app
Go to TikTok’s web upload page and sign in
Upload your video from the desktop interface
Add your caption, cover, and settings
Select Schedule post
Pick the date and time
Click Schedule to confirm
Check your scheduled posts in TikTok’s content management area
Edit or cancel the scheduled post if needed before it publishes
