Assign your Minecraft server device a static local IP address
Open your router’s admin page in a web browser
Log in with your router username and password
Find the Port Forwarding, Virtual Server, or NAT section
Create a new port forwarding rule
Set the service name to Minecraft
Enter the server device’s local IP address
Set the internal port to 25565
Set the external port to 25565
Choose TCP or TCP/UDP if available
Save or apply the rule
Allow Minecraft through the server device firewall
Make sure the Minecraft server is running
Find your public IP address
Share your public IP address and port with players in this format: IP:25565
