File the top coat and shiny surface off the polygel nails
Soak cotton pads in acetone
Place the acetone-soaked cotton on each nail
Wrap each fingertip tightly with foil or use nail clips
Wait 10 to 15 minutes
Check if the polygel has softened
Gently push off the loosened product with a cuticle pusher
Rewrap and soak again if needed
File away any remaining residue
Wash hands after removal
Apply cuticle oil and hand moisturizer
