Back up your important files
Plug in the charger
Open Settings
Go to System
Select Recovery
Under Reset this PC, click Reset PC
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Select Local reinstall or Cloud download
Follow the on-screen prompts
Wait for the reset to complete
Set up Windows again after restart
If Windows will not start, restart and press the Novo button or F11
Select System Recovery or Troubleshoot
Choose Reset this PC
Follow the prompts to complete the factory reset
