Open Settings
Go to Windows Update
Select Update history
Click Uninstall updates
Choose the update you want to remove
Click Uninstall
Restart your PC
If needed, go to Settings
Select System
Open Recovery
Use Go back to return to a previous version of Windows
If the update caused startup issues, boot into Safe Mode
Open Advanced startup
Use Troubleshoot
Select Advanced options
Choose Uninstall Updates
Select Uninstall latest quality update or Uninstall latest feature update
