Check your laptop’s video outputs: HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C, Thunderbolt, or Mini DisplayPort
Check whether your laptop supports two external monitors
Identify the monitor inputs and get the correct cables or adapters
Connect the first monitor to the laptop using the appropriate port
Connect the second monitor to the laptop using a second available port, dock, or adapter
If your laptop has only one video output, use a USB-C dock, Thunderbolt dock, or a display splitter that supports dual independent displays
Turn on both monitors
Open your laptop’s display settings
Select Extend display mode
Arrange the monitor layout to match their physical positions
Set the preferred main display if needed
Adjust resolution and scaling for each monitor
Save the settings and test both monitors
Update graphics drivers if the second monitor is not detected
