Open Adobe Acrobat
Select Help
Click Check for Updates
If an update is available, follow the prompts to install it
Restart Adobe Acrobat after the update finishes
If prompted, restart your computer
To enable automatic updates, open Acrobat Preferences
Select Updater
Choose Automatically install updates
Save the changes
