Preheat the oven to 400°F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil
Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Optional: coat the chicken with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs
Place the tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer
Lightly spray or brush the tops with oil
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
Flip halfway through baking
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Let rest for a few minutes before serving
