Open the Depop app or website
Go to your profile
Tap or click Purchases
Select the order you want to cancel
Contact the seller and ask them to cancel the order
If the seller has not shipped it yet, request a refund
If you paid through PayPal, check your PayPal transaction for cancellation or refund options
If you paid by card, wait for the seller or Depop to process the refund
If the seller does not respond, contact Depop Support
Provide the order details and reason for cancellation
If the item has already shipped, ask the seller about returning it after delivery
