Delete old backups from iPhone, iPad, or Mac
Remove large files from iCloud Drive
Delete unnecessary photos and videos from iCloud Photos
Empty the Recently Deleted album in Photos
Delete old messages and attachments from Messages in iCloud
Remove unused app data stored in iCloud
Turn off iCloud backup for apps you do not need
Delete duplicate files and documents
Clear Mail attachments if using iCloud Mail
Review and remove shared albums you no longer need
Check iCloud storage usage in Settings and remove the largest items first
Upgrade your iCloud storage plan if needed
