How To Create A Shared Google Drive?

Sign in to Google Drive with your Google account

Click New

Select Folder

Enter a folder name

Click Create

Right-click the folder

Select Share

Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share with

Choose their access level

Click Send

To make it shared for a team, use Google Workspace

Open Google Drive

Click Shared drives on the left

Click New

Enter a shared drive name

Click Create

Add members to the shared drive

Set member permissions

Click Done
