Measure and mark the cut line with a marker or tape
Secure the sheet on a flat, stable surface
Use a fine-tooth circular saw, jigsaw, utility knife, or scoring tool
Choose a blade made for plastic or fine-cutting
Cut slowly to avoid cracking or chipping
Keep the protective film on during cutting if possible
Support both sides of the cut to prevent vibration
Use light pressure and let the tool do the work
For thin sheets, score deeply along the line and snap cleanly
For curved cuts, use a jigsaw with a fine-tooth blade
Remove burrs or rough edges with fine sandpaper or a file
Wear safety glasses and gloves
Clean off plastic dust after cutting
