Open the Word document on your Mac
Go to the page you want to delete
Click anywhere on the page
Press Command + A if you want to select all content in the document, or drag to select only the content on that page
Press Delete or Backspace
If the page is blank, click at the end of the previous page and press Delete or Backspace
If the blank page remains, turn on formatting marks with Command + 8
Delete any extra paragraph marks, page breaks, or section breaks on the page
Save the document
