Open the Settings app
Tap General
Tap VPN & Device Management
Tap VPN
Turn off the VPN toggle
If connected through a VPN app, open the app and disconnect there
If needed, delete the VPN profile from VPN & Device Management
Return to Settings and confirm VPN is off
