How To Knead Dough?

Lightly flour your work surface

Place the dough on the surface

Press the dough forward with the heel of your hand

Fold the dough back over itself

Rotate the dough a quarter turn

Repeat pressing, folding, and rotating

Add small amounts of flour only if the dough is too sticky

Continue kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic

Test by pressing a finger into the dough; it should spring back slightly
