Sketch the eye shape
Mark the lower eyelid
Draw a small tear line at the inner or outer corner
Extend the tear downward in a curved shape
Taper the tear as it falls
Add a second thinner tear if needed
Draw a small highlight inside the tear
Shade the tear lightly for transparency
Darken the eyelid edges for contrast
Add a few tiny droplets or streaks if desired
