If you meant frying ice cream, chill a scoop of ice cream until very firm.
Shape it into a tight ball or log.
Coat it in flour.
Dip it in beaten egg.
Roll it in crushed cornflakes, breadcrumbs, or cookie crumbs.
Freeze it again until solid.
Heat oil to about 375°F / 190°C.
Fry the coated ice cream very briefly, just until golden.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve immediately.
