Gather 2 cups all-purpose flour
Add 3 large eggs
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt
Place flour on a clean surface or in a bowl
Make a well in the center of the flour
Crack the eggs into the well
Add the salt
Use a fork to beat the eggs gently
Gradually mix flour into the eggs
Knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes
Add a little flour if the dough is too sticky
Add a few drops of water if the dough is too dry
Form the dough into a ball
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes
Divide the dough into smaller pieces
Roll each piece out with a rolling pin or pasta machine
Dust with flour as needed
Roll the dough to your desired thickness
Cut into your desired pasta shape
Boil salted water in a large pot
Cook the pasta for 2 to 4 minutes
Drain the pasta
Serve with your preferred sauce
