Download the Mac installer or app file
Open the downloaded file
Drag the app to the Applications folder if prompted
Open Applications and launch the app
If prompted, allow the app in System Settings > Privacy & Security
Enter your Mac password if required
Complete any setup or sign-in steps
Restart the app if needed
