Open the ESPN Fantasy app or website
Sign in to your ESPN account
Go to the fantasy league you want to leave
Open the league menu or settings
Select League Settings or Team Settings
Choose Leave League, Exit League, or Remove Team
Confirm your choice if prompted
If you cannot leave, ask the league manager to remove your team
If the league is a private custom league, the manager may need to delete or replace your team
