2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup olive oil
Salt to taste
Whisk egg yolks, garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard in a bowl
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking constantly
Continue whisking until thick and creamy
Season with salt
Add more lemon juice or garlic if desired
