1/2 cup cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup hot frying oil or melted butter
Whisk the cayenne pepper, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chili powder together
Slowly whisk in the hot oil or melted butter until smooth
Use immediately on fried chicken or other fried foods
