1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lime juice
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
2 to 4 tablespoons warm water
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon sriracha or chili flakes
Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar or lime juice, honey, garlic, and sesame oil
Add warm water gradually until smooth and pourable
Stir in sriracha or chili flakes if desired
Serve with spring rolls
