Open Settings
Tap Personal Hotspot
Turn on Allow Others to Join
Set a Wi-Fi Password if needed
Connect your other device to the iPhone hotspot using the Wi-Fi name and password
If Personal Hotspot is not visible, tap Cellular and look for Personal Hotspot
Make sure Cellular Data is turned on
Make sure your carrier supports Personal Hotspot
