Open Gmail
Click the menu icon
Select All Mail
Find the archived email
Open the archived email
Click Move to Inbox if you want it back in your inbox
Use the search bar to find archived mail by sender, subject, or keyword
Search for emails without the label:inbox to view archived messages
On mobile, open the Gmail app
Tap the menu icon
Tap All Mail
Locate the archived email
Open it
Tap the three-dot menu
Tap Move to Inbox
