Use Microsoft Outlook to open the file
Double-click the RPMSG file if Outlook is installed
Drag the file into an open Outlook window
Open the file from Outlook using the File menu
Enter the correct email account credentials if prompted
Use the original sender’s permission or access rights if the message is protected
If Outlook is unavailable, ask the sender to resend the message in a different format
Use a compatible email client that supports Microsoft Rights Protected Message files
Check that your system has the necessary Microsoft Office components installed
