Wash the radishes thoroughly
Trim off the tops and roots
Slice the radishes thinly or leave small ones whole
Pack the radishes into a clean jar
Add garlic, dill, peppercorns, or other desired spices
Combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar in a saucepan
Heat the brine until the salt and sugar dissolve
Let the brine cool slightly
Pour the brine over the radishes until fully covered
Seal the jar tightly
Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before eating
Store in the refrigerator and use within a few weeks
