Put the headset in pairing mode

Turn on Bluetooth on your device

Turn on the Xbox controller

Plug the Turtle Beach headset into the controller’s 3.5 mm headset jack

If using a wireless Turtle Beach headset, power on the headset

Turn on the Xbox controller and headset

If your Turtle Beach headset uses a wireless USB transmitter, plug the transmitter into the Xbox USB port

If your headset supports Xbox Wireless, put it in pairing mode
