Sign in with your Samsung account if prompted
Open Samsung Cloud in a web browser at support.samsungcloud.com if available in your region
Use the Samsung Cloud app or Samsung account services if Samsung Cloud is not shown on your device
Check your synced data, backups, and gallery items inside Samsung Cloud
Make sure your device is connected to the internet
Update your Samsung account and device software if Samsung Cloud does not appear
