Sign in with the Samsung account linked to the phone
Select the device from the list
View the phone’s current or last known location
Use Google Find My Device at google.com/android/find
Sign in with the Google account on the phone
Select the Samsung device to locate it on the map
Ring the phone to help find it nearby
Lock the device remotely if it is lost
Display a message with a contact number on the lock screen
Erase the device remotely if recovery is not possible
Check location history in Google Maps if enabled
Contact the mobile carrier to report the device lost
Use the phone’s IMEI number for reporting to authorities
File a police report if the phone was stolen
Keep GPS, Wi-Fi, and mobile data enabled for better tracking
Make sure Find My Mobile and Find My Device were enabled before loss
