Use the ICICI Bank mobile app or internet banking to activate the debit card
Log in to your ICICI Bank account
Go to the Debit Card or Card Services section
Select Activate Debit Card
Enter the required card details and OTP
Set or change your debit card PIN if prompted
Activate the card at an ICICI Bank ATM by selecting PIN generation or card activation
Use the card for a first transaction at an ATM or POS if required
Call ICICI Bank customer care and follow the card activation instructions
Visit an ICICI Bank branch with your debit card and ID proof if online activation is not available
