Use a 5G-compatible smartphone
Update your phone software to the latest version
Insert an active Jio SIM
Make sure you are in a Jio True 5G coverage area
Keep mobile data turned on
Turn on 5G or 5G Auto in your phone’s network settings
Set the preferred network type to 5G/4G/3G/2G Auto
Restart your phone after changing settings
Ensure your Jio plan is active and eligible for 5G access
Open the MyJio app and check for 5G eligibility if needed
Wait for the 5G signal icon to appear on your phone
If 5G does not activate, toggle airplane mode on and off
If needed, reset network settings and try again
