Dial `*#62#` to check forwarding when unreachable
Dial `*#67#` to check forwarding when busy
Dial `*#61#` to check forwarding when unanswered
Check the status message shown on your screen after dialing
Open the MyJio app and look for call forwarding or call settings
Contact Jio customer care by dialing `198` or `199` from your Jio number
Disable call forwarding by dialing `##21#`, `##62#`, `##67#`, or `##61#` as needed
