Check that your phone supports 5G
Insert an active Jio SIM
Keep your Jio plan and account active
Go to Settings on your phone
Open Mobile Network or SIM Settings
Turn on 5G or select 5G/4G/3G/2G Auto
Make sure 5G is enabled for your Jio SIM
Stay in an area with Jio 5G coverage
Turn off Airplane Mode if it is on
Restart your phone if 5G does not appear
Update your phone software if needed
Update carrier settings if prompted
Use data normally once the 5G network connects
Check the network icon for 5G or 5G+ status
