Place the cursor where you want the line
Click Insert
Select Horizontal line
Use the toolbar line tool in Drawing if you want a custom line
Type three hyphens and press Enter for an automatic horizontal line
Type three underscores and press Enter for an automatic horizontal line
Type three equal signs and press Enter for an automatic horizontal line
