Select the cell where you want the list to start
Type the first item
Press Enter to move to the next cell
Type the next item
Repeat until the list is complete
To create a dropdown list, select the target cells
Go to the Data tab
Click Data Validation
Choose List
Enter the list items or select a cell range as the source
Click OK
