Enter your data in a single column
Select an empty range for the frequency table
Create bin limits in a separate column
Go to the Data tab
Click Data Analysis
Choose Histogram
Set the Input Range to your data
Set the Bin Range to your bin limits
Select an Output Range or New Worksheet Ply
Check Chart Output if needed
Click OK
Use the FREQUENCY function if you prefer a formula
Select the cells for the frequency results
Enter `=FREQUENCY(data_range, bin_range)`
Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter in older Excel versions
Press Enter in newer Excel versions
Label the bins and frequencies
Format the table as needed
