Select the chart
Click the data series you want on the secondary axis
Right-click the selected series
Click Format Data Series
Under Series Options, choose Secondary Axis
Or go to Chart Design
Click Change Chart Type
Select Combo
Check Secondary Axis for the series you want
Click OK
Adjust axis titles and formatting if needed
