Open Facebook and go to your Facebook Page
Click Settings (or Manage) on the left menu
Select Page access (or Page permissions)
Click Add people to this Page
Enter the name or email of the person you want to add
Choose the role you want to grant (Admin or another role)
Click Add
Have the person accept the invitation (if prompted)
Confirm the new person appears under Page access with the correct role
