Log in to your account
Tap your profile icon or the payment methods section
Select Add Card or Add Credit/Debit Card
Enter your credit card details
Verify the card using the OTP sent by your bank
Set your UPI PIN if prompted
Save the card after successful verification
Use the card for eligible payments in PhonePe
