Select the cell or range where you want validation
Go to the Data tab
Click Data Validation
In the Settings tab, choose the validation criteria
Set the allowed values or conditions
Optionally add an input message in the Input Message tab
Optionally add an error alert in the Error Alert tab
Click OK
