Open a new email or reply in Outlook
Place the cursor where you want the symbol
On Windows, press Windows key + period
On Mac, press Control + Command + Space
Select the symbol you want from the emoji picker
Insert it into the email body
On Outlook web, use the system emoji picker or your device keyboard shortcut
On mobile Outlook, tap the emoji key on the keyboard
Send the email when finished
