Rinse the kiwi under cool water and pat dry
Cut off both ends
Slice the kiwi in half lengthwise
Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh
Or peel by slipping a spoon under the skin and lifting the flesh away
Slice or dice the kiwi as needed after scooping or peeling
If cutting rounds, slice crosswise after halving and scooping
Store cut kiwi in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use within 1–2 days
