Select the chart
Click the Chart Elements button
Check Error Bars
Click the arrow next to Error Bars
Choose a preset option or click More Options
In the Format Error Bars pane, set the error amount
Select Standard Error, Percentage, Standard Deviation, or Custom
For Custom, click Specify Value
Select the positive and negative error values
Click OK
Close the pane when finished
