Go to Account & Lists
Select Your Account
Choose Gift Cards from the menu
Select Redeem a Gift Card
Enter the gift card claim code (and PIN, if prompted)
Click or tap Redeem
Confirm the balance appears in your account balance or “Gift Card Balance” section

For Amazon gift cards purchased for another Amazon marketplace, ensure the gift card matches your country/region and account
