Visit the nearest Aadhaar Enrolment/Update Centre
Fill the Aadhaar Update/Correction form
Select the field for name update if you want to add your husband’s name as part of your name
Carry a valid supporting document, such as marriage certificate, passport, or any other approved proof of relationship/name change
Submit the form and documents to the operator
Provide biometric verification if asked
Pay the applicable update fee, if any
Collect the acknowledgment slip with the Update Request Number
Check the update status online using the URN
Download the updated Aadhaar after the change is approved
