Carry your Aadhaar card and mobile number
Fill out the Aadhaar update/correction form
Submit the form for mobile number update
Complete biometric verification using fingerprint or iris scan
Pay the applicable update fee
Collect the acknowledgment slip
Wait for SMS confirmation after the update is processed
Check Aadhaar update status on the UIDAI website using the URN
Note: Mobile number linking to Aadhaar cannot be done fully online; it requires an in-person visit for biometric verification
